RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

cSee is happy to accept returns for any reason up to 10 days after the receipt of your order.

Before requesting a return, please take a moment to read our returns policy below.

  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you send the parcel using a service that insures the cost of the goods.
    The cost of the return is your responsibility.  Be sure to keep your receipt and obtain a tracking number, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility. You shall only be reimbursed by us only if the product is damaged, faulty or has been incorrectly supplied.
  • If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser's credit card for the sum paid less any taxes and duties if applicable and less the postal costs.
  • Items should be returned in original packaging and shoes in their original shoe boxes.
  • For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on lingerie, hosiery or swimwear. Please ensure you use the size conversion charts to order the correct size.
  • cSee Ltd will not accept returns of non faulty items that have been worn and the tags removed.
  • Upon receipt of order, if any item has been received with no tags then we request the customer to notify us by sending an email to moc.euqituobeesc@snruter the same day, if they wish to make a return.
  • We advise our customers to check items thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and disposing of any original packaging.  If your item is faulty on receipt, Please contact us via email at moc.euqituobeesc@snruter within 24 hours of delivery and obtain a ‘Return Authorization code’ to arrange for an exchange or refund.  We may require evidence of the fault in the form of photographs.
  • In the event of any failure to return goods within the time limits stipulated (10 days from despatch date), even though validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge any costs of the recovery of the goods.
  • Returns received after the 10 day time frame are accepted at the discretion of cSee Boutique and can only be refunded with a 'cSee credit note' which can be used online or in store.
  • Please note International customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the EU.
  • When returning the product, please ensure that you include your original receipt in the returned parcel and include the return authorization Code. Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official authorization code will not be accepted. DELIVERY

We endeavor to deliver your selected products to you and/or your destination of choice in the fastest and safest way, and for your item/s to arrive in perfect condition. We deliver around the world using an established and trusted courier service. You will receive a confirmation email once we have received your order.  However this doesn’t mean that your order has been accepted by us. Your order will be sent to you once your payment has been approved and verified. Once the product has been dispatched you will be sent an email containing a confirmation of your order and your delivery tracking number so you can check the status of your order.

Orders shall be dispatched within 24 hours subject to payment approval and address verification and availability of items .We will contact you if there is any kind of delay or items are out of stock, if it is not already stated on our website.

ORDERING OVERSEAS

If the delivery address is in the European Union there will be no added costs. However they may apply and be variable for non European Union addresses depending on your chosen delivery address.

As we have outlined in our delivery policy above, we try our utmost to ensure that your product reaches you with the highest possible standard of customer service. Whilst we try to keep to our high standards of customer service, we cannot guarantee the exact periods and delivery times, as deliveries are carried out by a third party.
