What should I do to buy from cSeeboutique.com?

We recommend that you read the terms and conditions before you start shopping.  Once you register your account on our website, add the item you wish to buy to your shopping bag and simply click “buy”.  You can then select the type of payment you wish to use and once your transaction is complete you will receive a confirmation email containing your receipt of payment and the status of your order.

How do I know if the item I have ordered will fit me?

Cross check the measurements given for the item with your own to ensure you have ordered the correct size.

How will I know if my order has been received by cSee Boutique?

You will receive a confirmation email once we have received your order.  However this doesn’t mean that your order has been accepted by us. Your order will be sent to you once your payment has been approved and verified.

When is the ordering process complete?

Your order will be accepted and sent once your credit/debit card has been approved and address verified. A email containing your tracking number will then be sent.

How can I expect to receive my goods?

All orders will be wrapped is cSee tissue paper and dust bags which are then packaged in white boxes to ensure that your order is protected and that it reaches you in perfect condition.

Can I cancel/return or exchange my order?

cSee is happy to accept returns for any reason up to 10 days after the receipt of your order. 

Before requesting a return, please take a moment to read our returns policy below.

  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you send the parcel using a service that insures the cost of the goods.
  • The cost of the return is your responsibility.
  • Items should be returned in original packaging and shoes in their original shoe boxes.
  • cSee Ltd will not accept returns of non-faulty items that have been worn and the tags removed.
  • Upon receipt of order, if any item has been received with no tags then we request the customer to notify us by sending an email to info@cseeboutique.com the same day, if they wish to make a return.
  • For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on lingerie, hosiery or swimwear. Please ensure you use the size conversion charts to order the correct size.
  • We advise our customers to check items thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and disposing of any original packaging.  If your item is faulty on receipt, Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange for an exchange or refund.  We may require evidence of the fault in the form of photographs.
  • In the event of any failure to return goods within the time limits stipulated, even though validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge any costs of the recovery of the goods.
  • Please not International customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the EU.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

I haven’t received my package yet, how do I track it?

A receipt will have been sent to you via email upon confirmation of your online purchase. Use the tracking number provided to track your order.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide. Please check our terms and conditions for shipping costs.

You can choose to pay by credit card and debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

cSee Boutique takes all payments using advanced technological systems and coding methods.  cSee also provides VeriSign receipts for your safety.

How much will I be charged for shipping?

Please check our terms and conditions for standard shipping costs which vary depending on the delivery location you choose.

Will there be additional duties or taxes payable on my purchase?

If the delivery address is in the European Union there will be no added costs. However they may apply and be variable for non European Union addresses depending on your chosen delivery address.

What shall I do if my order is incomplete?

You can track your order using the tracking number sent to you in your confirmation email.

Part of my item has broken. Can you send me a replacement?

Unfortunately we can only sell complete items and not parts of them. 

 

 

Can I place a special order?

This is something that can only be done in-store, and not online, for brands in the current season stocked at cSee Boutique.  We will do our upmost; however, it is not guaranteed that cSee Boutique can get the item in stock.

 

I have seen an item in cSee Boutique. Can I order it online?

Items will be available in store shortly before they are available online. Most but not all items sold in cSee Boutique will be available online.  If the specific item is not available online please contact us with your enquiry via phone or email.
