Rupert Sanderson founded his eponymous London label in 2001 after perfecting his art in Italy. Motivated by his love of luxurious, beautiful objects and Italian shoemaking, Rupert creates stunning, sexy shoes that owe their existence to stunning craftsmanship and innovative design.

His ‘less is more’ design philosophy sees him concentrate on perfecting line, volume and material that both flatters and extends the leg – making his shoe wearers feel the absolute best they can! Ever the British gentleman, Rupert names every pair of shoes after a daffodil, writes a weekly blog for Vogue and was awarded the British Fashion Council’s Accessory Designer of the Year in 2008.
